What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help. Simply send it back within 15 days of receipt.
Once we’ve seen it and checked everything’s in order, we’ll refund the amount you paid for it,less 15% for handling and storage.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

How do I return my item?
To return an item(s) you will need to post your return, using your preferred international shipping courier, to the address below:
- Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
- Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
- Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
- Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
- Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias – RJ, Brasil.
To help us process your return, please make sure your order ID is visible in the return address, and attach a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, including your order number and contact information.
We recommend sending your items back using an insured and trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number. Unfortunately, buzdi won’t be responsible for lost returns or for the cost of your return shipping.
To get things started, please submit a return request email@example.com You’ll need to include your order number, the name of your item(s), and your reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and a commercial invoice. Please print out the invoice and attach it to your shipment.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received your return and checked everything’s in order, we’ll refund your original method of payment. We’ll be sure to keep you updated and email you when we have processed your refund.
How long do I have to return?
You’ve got 15 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item for another, please return the original one and place a new order instead.
Can I return my items to a store?
At the moment, items purchased on buzdi cannot be returned or exchanged at buzdi stores.
